Tips : When the 'time" of the month come...

Hello readers,

Okay this time I would like to share a few tips for ladies when "the time" comes. I like to keep track of my monthly menstrual cycle or more often calls period using an app on my phone and jotted down in my planner. I have a health section in my planner, where i keep track of my menstrual cycle, doctor appointments, weight and everything regarding to my health.

For today, i would like to focus on menstrual. When you record your cycle on an app, you can predict when is your next cycle. So, you should prepare a few things in your handbag such as pads/tampons, extra pairs of under-wares and a hot balm. I love to use the "Siam" balm, i relief the pains a lil bit.

When it comes to the time, you can go for a light exercise or walk to help the blood flow. You can drinks tea, hot chocolate to give a reliefs but please avoids anything colds as it will cause cramps. By eating foods that contains high fiber and good fats also help as well as drinking a lot of plain water, it can reduce blood cramp and hormonal acne.

Pads should be changed in 6 hours while tampons in 3 hours, but i will changed it every 2 or 3 hours. I will keep your miss 'V' hygiene and give a fresher feels.

Periods stain, yes this usually happens to me. I have a lot of free "stamps". To remove the stains you can use hydrogen peroxide or i use everyday cooking salt, diluted in hot water and clean the stain using it. Very much help, but need to be patience.
